This award represents the top award in spiritual civilization field, set up by Suzhou Municipal Propaganda Department. BUFFET CLASSROOM is based on all the ordinary yet interesting little things happened in the daily life of our main character Buffet. Week-long 2015 American Film Market (AFM) ended at Los Angeles on 11th November local time. As an outstanding delegate of Chinese animation enterprises going global, Ori Animation promoted excellent animation feature films at AFM through exhibiting, attending forums, carrying out fair meetings and etc. In the market, Ori Animation focused on promoting the latest production POLAR ADVENTURE and upcoming production GO! TENNIS, which won warm praises from many buyers. Even though there are only creative art and design sketch of the feature GO! TENNIS, the pre-sale agreements with $1.2M USD in total has been signed. As the second largest film market in the world, Chinese film market is also the most promising film market. The opening and cooperation of Chinese enterprises would also help more foreign film companies to understand and enter Chinese market, to develop films that contain and promote culture of both countries jointly. In the small hours of May 14th Beijing Time, the 68th Cannes International Film Festival began in a grand opening ceremony. All sorts of business negotiations were launched before the enthusiasm of the red carpet has faded away. During the film festival, Ori-animation reached an associate production intent with Azerbaijan National Film Studio to produce animation works together. The agreement will officially be signed in Azerbaijan this August. Azerbaijan is a key hub in the ancient “Silk Road” and also a strategic point of “One Belt And One Road”. The film animation communication & cooperation between Ori and Azerbaijan will further enhance the cultural exchange and economical development of China and Azerbaijan.

At 15:00 of April 10, the 2015 Animation International Cooperation Summit of CCDE was held in the 5A central stage of Suzhou International Expo Hall. The summit was hosted by Mr. Qian Feng, president of ORI ANIMATION. Mr. Vasiliy Rovensky, president of Rocket Releasing (Russia), Mr. Matthew Dennis McCombs, president of Spotlight Pictures (USA), Mr. Adil Kanakhin, president of Kanadil Limited (Kazakhstan), Mr.Vladimir Nikolaev, executive president of Wizart Animation (Russia), attended the summit as honored guests. The four honored guests gave their speeches respectively with the theme of the international cooperation of Chinese animation in the summit. Their unique views shared with the media and the audience sparked active discussion in the following Q&A section. The in-depth communication between the guests and the audience not only fostered a heated atmosphere, but further enhanced the theme of the summit as well. 2015 Animation International Cooperation Summit is the first international communication event of China• Suzhou International Animation Copyright Trading Center. The attended honored guests would be the first batch of international cooperation partners of the copyright trading center. The second Sino-Russian Cultural Forum kicked off in Beijing on Nov 27. Mr. Ding Wei, Vice Minister of Culture of China, Vladimir Medinsky, Minister of Culture of Russia and representatives of cultural circles from both countries attended the opening ceremony of the three-day event. Co-organized by the Ministries of Culture of China and Russia, the forum focuses on five main themes, including "Cultural Life and Entrepreneurship of Youth", "Cultural Industry and Trade", "Cultural Exchange on National Boundaries", "Cultural Finance" and "Film Culture". About 50 experts, scholars and veteran professionals are invited to this forum to carry out discussion. Different from the first session of the Sino-Russian Cultural Forum, this year's event pays more attention to the younger generation in the two countries, with the aim to encourage communication and cooperation between Chinese and Russian young people in a variety of fields. Mr. Qian Feng, the President of ORI Animation delivered a speech in the Forum on 28th November, showing the current Sino-Russian cooperation in the animation field. That's also the goal ORI and the Sino-Russian forum have been working for.
