Co-organized by the Ministries of Culture of China and Russia, the forum focuses on five main themes, including "Cultural Life and Entrepreneurship of Youth", "Cultural Industry and Trade", "Cultural Exchange on National Boundaries", "Cultural Finance" and "Film Culture". About 50 experts, scholars and veteran professionals are invited to this forum to carry out discussion.
Different from the first session of the Sino-Russian Cultural Forum, this year's event pays more attention to the younger generation in the two countries, with the aim to encourage communication and cooperation between Chinese and Russian young people in a variety of fields. Mr. Qian Feng, the President of ORI Animation delivered a speech in the Forum on 28th November, showing the current Sino-Russian cooperation in the animation field. That's also the goal ORI and the Sino-Russian forum have been working for.
