The American Film Market (AFM) is a film industry event held each year at the beginning of November in Santa Monica, California. Founded in 1981, the AFM quickly became one of the premier global marketplaces for the film business, where unlike a film festival, production and distribution deals are the main focus of the participants.
More than 100 speakers from around the globe participate in the AFM Conference Series, Producers Forum, Roundtables and Industry Conversations with industry thought leaders and experts sharing their knowledge and insights with participants. Mr. Qian Feng, the President of ORI had in-depth face-to-face conversations with many attendees. ORI has been devoted to international co-production and has so far made some achievements with partners in Russia, Saudi Arabia, UK, France, and Austria etc. Based on these experiences, ORI and present friends discuss to create success hand in hand in the near future.
